]]> What’s inside? A bunny. But here’s the twist — choose your egg shell, and the bunny inside is always the opposite. Pick the milk chocolate shell and a dark chocolate bunny is hiding inside. Pick dark, and a creamy milk chocolate bunny is waiting for you.

Each Surprise Egg is 8.5cm tall, around 50g, and entirely handmade by Sabine in her Rotorua chocolate kitchen using premium Callebaut couverture. They’re the kind of thing that makes someone genuinely delighted when they crack it open — whether that’s a small child or a full-grown adult who should probably know better.

Perfect for Easter baskets, egg hunts, or just as a little something to brighten someone’s day.
