An absolute showstopper. Over 900g of rich Callebaut dark chocolate, hand-moulded and hand-piped with delicate flowers by Sabine — a trained chocolatier with over a decade of craft behind her. Standing 32cm tall (over a foot!), this is the kind of Easter egg that makes people gasp. Presented in a gift box with a red ribbon. Made individually in Rotorua, New Zealand.

Surprise Egg

What’s inside? A bunny. But here’s the twist — choose your egg shell, and the bunny inside is always the opposite. Pick the milk chocolate shell and a dark chocolate bunny is hiding inside. Pick dark, and a creamy milk chocolate bunny is waiting for you.

Each Surprise Egg is 8.5cm tall, around 50g, and entirely handmade by Sabine in her Rotorua chocolate kitchen using premium Callebaut couverture. They’re the kind of thing that makes someone genuinely delighted when they crack it open — whether that’s a small child or a full-grown adult who should probably know better.

Perfect for Easter baskets, egg hunts, or just as a little something to brighten someone’s day.
